The Child Support Enforcement Division of the Court Services Department is responsible for the service of summonses, subpoenas, writs, notices to withhold income for child support, notices of support obligation, and execution of warrants associated with the Title IV-D Child Support Enforcement Program. The Child Support Enforcement Division is under contract with the State of Illinois and is funded by State and Federal grants.
